Kamanda and Maman Nelly Kamanda, EIC-FKM began as a vision to provide children in the Democratic Republic of Congo with an education that integrates academic excellence with Christian values. Driven by their deep faith and commitment to community empowerment, the founders built EIC-FKM into a beacon of hope for families in Mitendi and beyond.

Since its establishment, EIC-FKM has grown into a premier educational institution known for its rigorous bilingual curriculum, emphasis on technology, and dedication to shaping leaders who serve their communities with integrity and excellence.

Dr. J.F. Kamanda:
Founder and Visionary
Dr. Kamanda is the visionary behind EIC-FKM, bringing over 20 years of experience in ministry, leadership, and education. He holds a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Leadership and Educational Psychology. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Ministry, he also has two master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology and Divinity, as well as two bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Religious Studies. Dr. Kamanda’s cross-disciplinary expertise empowers him to create a learning environment that integrates academic excellence, leadership, and spiritual growth
•Madame Nelly Kamanda
(Co-Founder & Co-Promoter)
Madame Nelly Kamanda is a foundational leader at EIC-FKM, dedicated to nurturing students and advancing the school's mission. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education with a focus on Early Childhood Education and is completing her master’s in Educational Leadership and Curriculum, also specializing in Early Childhood Education. Her passion for fostering young learners’ growth and her academic background equip her to build a nurturing, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment
Mr. Osee Ntambue
(Chief of Operations and Head of School)
Mr. Ntambue leads the operational and academic aspects of EIC-FKM, ensuring that the school runs efficiently. His responsibilities include strategic planning, overseeing staff performance, and managing resources. As Head of School, he serves as the primary contact for parents and the community, fostering relationships to advance the school's vision.
Mr. Arnold Bofutshua
School Director and Chief of Pedagogy.
The School Director ensures the smooth daily operation of EIC-FKM, focusing on academic programming, teacher performance, and student achievement. This position oversees curriculum implementation and coordinates with staff to maintain a conducive learning environment that upholds the school's mission.
Mlle Anne Kabeya
(Assistant Secretary of Finance & School)
Mlle Kabeya assists in managing the financial and administrative tasks at EIC-FKM. She supports the finance team in preparing budgets, processing transactions, and maintaining financial records. Additionally, she provides administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring that all school operations run smoothly and efficiently
Mr. Grace Makitumbu
(General School Secretary & Finance)
Mr. Makitomo manages the administrative and financial operations of EIC-FKM, ensuring that all school records, reports, and financial statements are accurate and up-to-date. His role is crucial in maintaining the financial stability of the school, including budgeting, payroll, and resource allocation.
